Sehr schönes geräumiges Haus in guter ruhiger Lage
Das Haus war sauber und geräumig für 11 Personen. Die Schlafzimmer recht spartanisch eingerichtet. Die Beleuchtung könnte deutlich heller sein. Der Gästetoilette stünde ein Spiegel gut. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet und die drei Parkplätze sehr praktisch. Das einzig wirklich zu verbessernde ist das Internet und die WIFI Nutzung. Bei dem Preis sollte das einwandfrei funktionieren. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Brixen im Thale een leuk dorp met voldoende voorzieningen. Door de ligging van het dorp tussen Skiwelt het grote gebied en Westerdorp met zijn aansluiting (Ki-West) naar het gebied van Kitzbühel een optimale locatie voor de wintersport. Door de grote hoeveelheid sneeuwkanonnen is het gebied het gehele seizoen voorzien van sneeuw.

Genoten van onze wintersportvakantie. Super-skigebied, ondanks minder sneeuw deze winter. Huis was ook prima, heel comfortabel en goed uitgerust. We misten alleen een goed, verwarmd berghoek voor de ski(schoenen). En geen handdoeken en/of wasmachine vinden we ook onhandig. En ook al is het een heel mooi, luxe huis, de prijs is wel echt enorm..

Uitstekende accomodatie, mooie ligging en ruim voldoende parkeerplek. Bedden zijn uitstekend en slapen heerlijk. Douches zijn snel op temperatuur en goed in hoogte verstelbaar. De keuken is goed uitegerust met een prima kookplaat (inductie) en een mooie oven. Badkamers moeten wel gedeeld worden per verdieping dus iets om rekening mee te houden.

Aankomst werden we snel en goed ontvangen. Fijn ruim huis. Goed voor ons gezelschap. Fijne ruime kamers. Jammer voor ons; Huis was niet schoon en wij zijn echt van mening dat de eindschoonmaakkosten niet evenredig zijn voor de enorme prijs die je hiervoor betaald. WI-FI werkte niet ook niet nadat we hierover aantal keer contact hadden over opgenomen met de huisbaas. Omgeving is mooi enorm veel mogelijkheden voor ieder gezin. Fijne huis raad.

Modern ingericht huis voorzien van alle gemakken voorzien met goede sanitaire voorzieningen en prima keuken. Het enige wat wij jammer vonden is dat men de handdoeken die men mee dient te nemen niet in een droger of wasmachine kan doen. Maar verder gewoon echt goed.

We werden goed ontvangen voor het overhandigen van de sleutel. De accommodatie voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Het leuke aan de accommodatie is dat je met een groep van 10 personen aan een grote tafel buiten kan eten bij zowel zon als regen door het afdak. Ook de omgeving was heel mooi. Het is een vakantie om met een goed gevoel op terug te kijken.

Op de foto lijkt de woonkamer een stuk groter als je met 11 personen bent is het zitgedeelte te klein. 220 euro aan schoonmaakkosten is buiten alle proporties. Jammer is de skibus die maar 1 x per uur gaat. Het was een leuke ervaring naar niet voor herhaling valt baar.
