Gita and the front desk staff made sure I had everything needed and the restaurant team were such a pleasure for lunches and dinners. Property is very quiet and the beach feels private, serene. Prana Spa was wonderful as well! Room was clean and beautiful. Highly recommend and look forward to returning with family!”

“Sebastian's immediately felt like home away from home! Every employee was welcoming. We went to Tortola to visit a friend and her first recommendation was for us to stay at Sebastian’s- once we checked in we knew why! Besides the hospitality, the AC and water pressure worked amazing ! We appreciated the fact that they wanted their guests to relax at the beach, so because the water was rough, they were willing to bring us to Smugglers Cove. We were so appreciative! Also, best banana pancakes EVER……

“Absolutely beautiful property with a great happy hour vibe and laid back surfer feel . Rooms upgraded and look amazing with all the thought out features . Only downfall when we were there was the construction drilling . But management was graciously offering refunds to those affected . Sadly we were not able to be refunded because we booked with Expedia ”

“The stay was nice and location was very centralized. The staff was great and super helpful. The room was clean and the views from the balcony were great. If I had to complain, the only thing was the coffee was not great in the suite and the water pressure was terrible. We had a tough time washing off all the sand and lotion at the end of the day due to poor water pressure. Other than that we had a very nice stay.”
