I was going to be traveling 6 hours and i have a lot of back pain so I booked this hotel for the fact that it offered a hot tub. Intook the time to get my bathing suit on and go down to the pool area. When we went to use the hot tub it was ice cold. There was a small sign outside the door that said under maintenance but it didnt say what was under maintenance and the placement of the sign made it appear that the key card swipe was what was under maintenance. The room was also freezing so the pool was also ice cold.
I asked a staff member but they couldn't tell me anything about it and the manager wasnt at the property. Reached out to expedia and they were going to try to get a partial discount but were unsuccessful. No sign at the front desk to notify guests of the issue. Very disappointing and poor management.
The floor of our room had glitter from a prior guest who must of had a party.
The bed was okay. Hard but at least they had a topper.
Towels were at least decent.
Fridge was leaking.
No microwave.
Wont stay here again.
