“Place was clean. Had a small musty wet smell but to be expected in a basement apartment. Needed a couple more towels for a weekend stay for 2 should have atleast 4 towels. Other than that it was good overall! Reasonable prices! ”

Excellent restaurants nearby: Electra for dinner and Le Marche Bakery for breakfast or lunch. We rented bikes from Local Motion in Burlington to ride the lake trail with easy parking garage nearby.”

“We had the absolute best time at Errin’s place! This apartment was so perfect for our family of 4! It was immaculate and so comfy! The beds were really comfortable along with the best pillows ever! It was super convenient to UVM and Church Street! What a fantastic location! The shower was so hot with great water pressure! The decor was so pretty! “We enjoyed our stay. The property was in a quiet neighborhood! We were in the Studio apartment. It was perfect for our 2 night stay. The kitchen, although we didn’t cook, was very well equipped! The info binder was very explanatory. Only downside was the stairs down to the studio. I knew it was a basement studio and expected to have stairs,but they were very narrow and you have to be very s! We are both 70 somethings and didn’t have a problem, but if we were ”
