“The front desk was on the ground floor, as usual in Europe. The lift that I never used was a little bit up the stairs. To get to the 1st floor, I had to climb another circular flight of stairs. The room I had was big enough for myself, with the bathroom having plenty of space. Overall, the fixtures were aged, worn, but clean. The bed was very comfortable, the pillow being a little shallow. I asked for a second pillow and promptly got it. My room overlooked the ferry terminal across the street.……

“A little bit worn out. Very olde fashioned bathroom. Newer ones to be seen on pictures. But very clean in general and a comfortable bed. Sufficient for one night. If I had booked a longer period I would have been disappointed. ”
