“We traveled to Philly for my son’s 16th birthday. The house was absolutely perfect! Everyone had their own space and we were able to gather in the living room comfortably to watch movies. All activities were within a 15 minute drive and we always felt safe in the area. The rooftop view was beautiful and a great place to wind down at the end of the night, read quietly and watch the sunrise. The place was immaculate in cleanliness and the extra details were a very pleasant surprise! Communication……

“Cleanliness: It was a pretty clean place, but you could definitely tell it was run down in some areas. Comfort: The main complaint from the group was that the beds were too stiff. I'd recommend the host upgrade the mattresses or buy mattress toppers. Communication: The communication from the host was good and fast, which was nice Location: A bit of a hike from downtown Philly, but I expected that. All in all, its exactly where they said it would be and the parking was easy. The neighborhood……

“My friends and family stayed for the Philly Marathon. This was perfect because it had beds for everyone! It was great to have everyone be able to sit and relax. Fishtown was great to be away from the chaos of downtown, but still easy to get there. Parking was a bit tricky and we ended up getting a ticket ($27). Also, it seemed like the dishwasher was not functioning so we had to fill the water by hand. Other than those two things, the place was great!”

“This is a fantastic use of an old space. Very conveniently located just off the subway system, the neighborhood isn't the nicest BUT the house is fantastic. Wide open spaces with plenty of comfortable chairs, beds and couches, the extra showers and eating areas were awesome and there was an outdoor back patio that made for a great reading area. All and all a fantastic stay, we cancelled evening plans just to hang out in the VRBO and enjoy some family time.”

“Fabulous townhome a stones throw away from a beautiful river walking path. The house was perfect for our family of 6. The host was fantastic and so quick with responses. The host provided so many extras! If in the area, we would love to stay again. ”

“We had a great time on our stay. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the place and the area. We flew in on a redeye for a wedding and the flew back a day later. Most of the time in the place was spent sleeping, but it was a cute and cozy place. We walked to get coffee and brunch. There is a casino right around the block. Lots of stuff in walking distance. Would definitely stay again if ever back in the area.”
