Great spaces for both indoor and outdoor relaxing; gorgeous views of the water (we were there in April, so too cold to swim, but it would be fantastic in the summer!); exceptionally well appointed with cookware and dining ware. “Wonderfully eclectic stay for our 25th Anniversary. Despite the record heat we REALLY enjoyed unplugging and relaxing to the sounds of birds and a babbling brook. A much needed respite that allowed us to recharge after busy work schedules. Will be back.”

“We stayed here for two nights and found it very comfortable and well equiped. We came in for a concert (Springsteen) and wanted to stay somewhere close to the venue. This was perfect, only a 10 minute drive. It's also close to some fantastic restaurants and excellent grocery stores. It's such a unique home and suited us well.”

“This stay was for my daughters college graduation. We’ve been staying at various hotels and rentals in the area. Has we found this spot 4 years ago we would have stayed here during every visit! Just perfect!!!! Property is a new resort area with lots to do including use of a pontoon boat for your stay! House was beautiful, clean and has everything!”

“Property is well equipped for eating in and it is within 30 minutes of Syracuse with lots of restaurant choices. Perfect living room and dining area for 6 people to gather and talk or play games. We also built a fire in the rustic pit by the water. Beautiful sunset. Only 20 minutes from Green Lakes State Park and not far from Pratt waterfall park. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Only complaint is no window coverings on the back side of the house so if you are shy, you need to get……
