“Great two bedroom stand-alone property with very easy access to Bromley South Station. Easy communication with owner, clean and modern interior and was perfect for a family of 4 staying for a week. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning in the future.”

“It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay .”

“This property was very comfortable for our group of 9, with plenty of private bedrooms (each with it's own key), beds and bathrooms for all. A few of the bedrooms and the livingroom had TVs. The common living quarters were TIGHT for a group this size. While this did not bother us, there are many stairs to get to and from bedrooms, kitchen and livingroom. The kitchen is well equipped with practically everything you need to make meals for a big group. Overall décor is homey and pleasant, but……

“I’m so glad we chose this place. The location was great. So convenient to everything and multiple train station options for things farther away. There was restaurants shops and grocery within a 1 min walk. The house itself is very charming and had plenty of room for all of us. We were a family of four (my husband and 2 sons 18 and 25).The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were all comfortable. Nick was very helpful whenever anything was needed and responded promptly. “Location was short walk from Lambeth North located 20 mins from King’s Cross and only 25 mins to Westfield shopping centre Stratford. Property was clean tidy and to a high specification. Check in and out was contactless and easy to do. Host was on hand for any queries which was not required. Ideal for big families and groups Would definitely stay again ”

“Family of 4, two kids 19 and 20 stayed for five days - took in two football matches, 5 or 6 museums, christmas lights on every street, ancient bookstores and all of it within easy, safe walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. Anthony made things very easy and was prompt in response. ”

“Beautiful townhome that was well appointed. Host was very attentive and communicative. Furnishings were top notch, comfortable and clean. Comes with a/c, washer/dryer and stocked kitchen which was great. No lift. Stairwell a little steep and tight so not a perfect option for people with ambulatory issues. Located next to train tracks but this was not an issue as the windows were truly sound proof. We did occasionally feel the vibration of the trains but that was not bothersome. In all,……

“Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. ”

“We have just spent seven delightful days at 112 Tachbrook Street. There were 10 of us. The house was perfect us. There are two spaces where we gathered and quiet spaces for each of us also. “We really enjoyed our stay in South London. The house was great and had everything we could possibly need. It was cosy and very comfortable. It would have been nice if there was a shower curtain in the upstairs, shared bathroom but that didn't present any difficult issues for us.The local area was just alright for us. Love it. Perfect location hotel.

"The bed is very comfortable. Is a highlight of the hotel. Also location wise is perfect for people travelling to the airport too. The only thing was the hot water either super hot or none. Is hard to adjust for the shower to a suitable temperature for a shower. "

Two nights stay for business travel

"Goods - location was excellent, right at heart of London - clean room with necessary amenities (shampoo, shower gem) - helpful staff provides assistance during check-in, since you won’t get a reservation number if booked from hotels.com Room for improvement - it was difficult to find your room since the floor layout was like a maze. I couldn’t image if there is a fire, the guests will have a very difficult time to find the stairs - there is no desk in the room. If you’re on business trip and needs to work on your laptop, you won’t be able to do that on a desk - the room wasn’t really sound proof as there are people running (not sure why they are running) early in the morning (around 6am)"

Great location, lower your expectation on service

"Second time here, mainly for the london eye view. Location is great. But service was really …merely acceptable. Slow, cold, not so friendly. Lower your expectation on warm and welcoming service. Otherwise, all good. "
