I have NEVER experienced the lack of service for this trip as we did. The property was overbooked, and the property called us and canceled our stay 3 days prior to arrival with no other communication. I purchased the trip insurance and reached out to Expedia and still with the chat and email from Expedia, we did NOT get our money back from either Expedia or the hotel. This is POOR customer service and someone needs to look into why the lack of communication and clarification between Expedia and the property was this bad! I do NOT recommend this property and after this, I will NOT be using Expedia!
