I recently stayed at your hotel and although I had already paid for everything online, I was asked to pay an additional 7.58 euros at check-in. This amount may seem small, but that’s precisely what made it so frustrating—after thinking I had covered all payments, being asked for more at check-in was not a pleasant experience. It was the first time I encountered such an issue, and I find it unacceptable, especially from a hotel of this caliber. I don’t believe this is a fair or transparent way to handle payments, and it left a negative impression on my overall experience.
I hope this matter will be addressed to ensure future guests do not face similar issues.
