“This was a very nice an fun place to stay. Everything we needed was right where it needed to be. It was a great place to bring the dog. The walk down to the water got to be a regular routine. The house was clean and the heat works really fast with only subtle adjustments. Just remember to watch your head. There are several low ceiling areas that will bring you to your sense if you disregard them. Our hosts were responsive and helpful. Definitely would stay here again. ”

“We have been coming to this area to visit friends each year. This was our first time renting for our own family and it was better than expected. The property was absolutely beautiful and the home was perfect for the whole family. Thank you for an amazing experience. We can’t wait to come back!,”

“The house is cozy & comfortable. Our group of 6 adults & 2 children felt right at home. It is clean & well stocked with kitchen & bathroom items. The barn was a nice surprise - everyone enjoyed games of ping pong, cornhole, & basketball! The owner was attentive & responded quickly to any questions. We enjoyed nearby attractions & restaurants. A wonderful week!”

“My family is our daughter (who has Down Syndrome), my husband and myself. We stayed 9 days at the farm house while visiting our sons family in Richmond. The house is very comfortable with plenty of room. My husband left early to return to work leaving our daughter and I at the house and we felt very safe. Everything you need is easy to find in the house. One idea to share is if you are coming to watch tv you might want to bring your fire stick to give you more options. However we did not……

“I had an excellent visit. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and small appliances. Everything was super clean; magazines and books were available (as well as good WiFi). I never turned the tv on as the view was spectacular. I wasn’t able to have an outdoor fire due to weather but everything was great. I hope to return. I look forward to doing more exploring as the area is beautiful. Also, very responsive with owners live next door. Thanks for offering up this quant little cabin for……
