Snap your skis off and take 10 steps to the front door of your condo when you stay in this perfectly located ski condo in Breckenridge. When you’re ready to hit the slopes again, just walk about fifty yards to hop on the Snowflake lift, known by locals for its short lines. This is the ski vacation spot you’ve been looking for!

Tyra Lookout Condo is a perfectly sized condo for a small group or family of up to four. This studio condo with 1 bathroom is in a prime location just off Four O’clock ski run where you can ski right down to the condo in the winter and walk directly onto the trails in the summer. You can either take the short walk to downtown or hop on the free shuttle that stops right across the street.

The living area has comfy furniture with a flat-screen TV and an electric fireplace to cozy up next to on winter nights. The kitchen is just off the living area and has granite counters and everything you need to make a complete meal for you and you group. There’s seating for four at the kitchen counter so everyone can enjoy each other’s company while enjoying a freshly cooked meal.

After a long day exploring the mountain of Colorado, you can soak in the shared hot tub that’s just a few steps away from the condo. And with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home, you’ll always stayed connected during your mountain vacation!

As with all Summit Mountain Rentals properties, we supply all the linens and basic toiletries and each of our homes is professionally cleaned and inspected before each guest arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24-hours a day to ensure your vacation is as relaxing as possible.

Fantastic location, value, but parking limits stink
The only negative: After paying the premium for ski-in/out, not being able to park there before 4 pm on arrival day or park after 10 am on departure day meant we had to park in the city for two of our days. This cut into value and convenience. Otherwise, the location is great--literally 50 feet from 4 O'Clock run & ~100 yds from the Snowflake lift--it was clean, the shower & bed were good, kitchen was adequate, and being on the first floor made it really easy on snow boots. Not updated recently but in fine shape. The complex hot tubs are good. Responsive staff. If it weren't for the parking issue I'd say a great value.

Convenient, cozy studio
Small studio was just right for the two of us. Kitchen well stocked. Nice view and short walk to downtown Breckinridge, but also to nearby hiking trails. Quiet at night. Management was responsive when we had a problem with the streaming service -- sent over someone quickly to fix it.

Incredibly convenient to the slopes
This ski-in, ski-out was even more convenient than I could have imagined. I was able to ski to the edge of the parking lot, cook myself lunch in the comfort of my unit, and then charge back out to the slopes by walking across the street to the lift. The property management was top shelf with communication. Excellent stay.

Cozy, good location being ski in. Ski out- just short walk out to snowflake lift. Pretty clean- carpet definitely could use some TLC (there is a nail or something going into the bathroom that I kept stepping on), kitchen rug/ floor also needs tlc . Other than that… clean. Very convenient having an in unit washer and dryer. Complex was quiet . The communication was excellent. Would advise if cooking, bring a nonstick pan/skillet. There is only 1 skillet and everything sticks despite cooking spray (trivial I know, but something I would find useful). Would stay here again.

Comfortable condo in perfect location
This was a perfect location for my ski vacation, immediately accessible to the Snowflake lift, and a 1-minute free bus ride to the Beaver Creek lift. Condo was comfortable and super clean, kitchen well-appointed, and bed was very cozy. As others have stated, the wall to the neighboring unit is thin, so expect to hear your neighbors.

The studio was as described, very comfortable, with all that you need. The bus stops across the street and the chair lift is also there. The location is terrific for skiing. Parking was great also. There are 3 hot tubs indoor and outdoor which was great. Communication with the summit rental was great. There is no recycling option which was a little upsetting.

Breck Ski Trip
Overall we enjoyed the condo. I saw a comment say it isn’t ski-in ski-out, which is somewhat misleading. It is ski in ski out as you can get to the slopes steps from the condo. But it’s easier to just cross the street and hop on the snowflake lift. Word to the wise, get on the lift when it opens first thing in the morning. About 45 mins after opening can be a nightmare of a wait time. Condo was clean as were the sheets. The walls are paper thin so might want to bring a sound machine to help drowned out some of the noise.

Loved this little studio appt. Came with everything we could possibly need. Amazing location. It is ski in, however not “ski out” you have to walk across the street and get on snowflake lift. No biggie tho! Rented through charter sports and used discount. They are walkable from the condo. Great service. Great location. Management was amazing with all of our questions and so fast to respond. A real person answers the phone to help, yay!! Would stay here again. And we got engaged this trip, great memories :))

This location was perfect! Ski in and ski out in minutes. The owners are very thoughtful in the amenities. We had everything we needed. As a mom of two I was in heaven in a super comfortable bed and hot water with great pressure in the shower :)

Basic necessities, Great Location
I enjoyed our stay. The place has basic necessities including washer and dryer. It is a bit run down and outdated but clean. The bed is terrible. The mattress hard like a floor. The pull out couch just a bit more comfortable. The place is in a great location, it was nice to walk out and be on the lift or to ski back into the condo.
