!!New Westin Heavenly Bed King Mattresses!! Kitchen and baths recently remodeled! 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with loft, sleeps 10. Great location, less than 2 blocks to Main Street, restaurants, bars, and shopping, 2 blocks to the nearest grocery store, 3.5 blocks to the nearest ski lift (Quicksilver). Carter Park is out the back door with a groomed sledding hill in the winter and sand volleyball, tennis/ball fields, and picnic areas in the summer. There is also a trail head just out the back that links up to the Breckenridge mountain biking and hiking trial system. Ideal for families!
We have outfitted the condo with high thread-count linens, comfy bedding and rustic furniture. Snuggle up on the leather sofas to enjoy the gas fireplace after a long day skiing or gather around to watch a family movie on the 50 inch HD TV. The gourmet kitchen has granite, stainless appliances, and a double oven. It is well appointed with all that is needed for nearly any culinary endeavor and feeding a large group. Our dining area has a large table that can accommodate 10 place settings. There is also a breakfast bar that seats 3 on stools. A high chairs is available for the toddler in your group. Everyone in your group will be comfortable whether they're 1 year or 70 years old.
Atrium 301 is located on the West end of the building, affording spectacular views of the Breckenridge ski area and the Ten Mile Range out of all three bedrooms. There are 2 master suites, each with Westin Heavenly king beds and en-suite bathrooms. Each has TV and cable if you want to unwind away from the rest of your group. The 3rd bedroom has a queen sized bed and twin bunk beds, it's a great place to sleep the kids or a 3rd couple! 2 pack-n-plays are available to save you packing extra. The loft has a queen size pull-out sofa bed, smart TV, DVD and Nintendo Wii system. Every sleeping area has black-out curtains and sound spa noisemakers to make the most of your sleeping experience.
The Atrium has underground parking for 1 vehicle, ski-locker storage, and a large community deck with several ammenities. The common deck is located on the east side of the building over the underground parking garage. It features a 12 man hot tub, firepit, grills, dining tables and chairs with a fireplace. During the winter there is a ski area shuttle bus that stops in front of the building every 20 minutes and will take you to the Gondola or the Beaver Run base area.
Our condo is on the top, 3rd floor with no elevator. It is not recommended for handicapped individuals. We prefer to rent to families and do not rent to large groups or students. Proof of age is required, must be older than 25 years. Every adult in the party must be 25 years or older unless they’re traveling with their parents. No more than 8 adults allowed to stay/sleep at any time.
Summit County is known as ''Colorado's Playground'' and Frisco is in the center of it all. Ski seven different ski areas, golf on 99 championship holes, fly fish the blue ribbon Blue River, go for a ride on over 50 miles of paved bike path, shop the designer outlets, hike hundreds of miles of trails, or just relax in the beautiful mountain setting.
