“My wife and I had an excellent stay at The Falcon Hotel. Brilliant location, friend and professional staff throughout, comfortable bed and spacious rooms. “Our trip to this hotel was overall a pleasant experience, however a couple of items regarding this hotel need to be addressed. 1. The carpets areceorn and dirty, they need changing or at the very least cleaning. 2. The hot water in the shower takes too long to heat up (approximately a minutes) 3. The shower needs updating as the tiles are dirty and the sealant needs replacement. 4. On the plus side, excellent food, courteous service from the staff, and good atmosphere. The room we were……

“Had a family room in the annexe overlooking the river. Very spacious for us and the dog. The only negatives a bigger fridge would have been nice for a week's stay. And there was workmgoing on at the building next door so a bit noisy but would definitely stay again”

“Overall, the hotel is absolutely stunning. Love you location food Exceptional staff, very friendly if I have one and this has happened before having rooms above kitchens where an extractor fan is left on till 9 pm at night is somewhat distracting to the guest. If I was made aware of this before I booked or went in I would’ve asked for for a different room however as I’ve mentioned the hotel is exceptional very nice, but again extractor fans Grrrr…”

“Room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a view over cottages of the beach/sea. Considering that we were directly above the pub, the noise level was fine. Breakfast was lovely (full English). On street parking VERY limited and risky, though we were given a permit to park in the cricket club carpark, which was a proper 10 minute walk away, so drop your luggage first!”
