“This Cabin was a great place to enjoy quiet lake views. My husband and I were traveling to visit family and stayed for 2 nights, but would have been great for our family, and a longer stay. The sunrise from the house and the dock were amazing and it is very clean! The host is very responsive and if we are up that way again will definitely love to stay here!!”

“Lovely and cozy. Quiet and comfortable, well stocked. Easy access. I would go again. The only thing I would suggest, put in a handicap toilet.”

“We loved the old house and all the period furnishings. Mostly we loved that it could fit all of us in one place. A short walk to the nice little beach was great. A short drive to Walker or to Brainerd to explore. We had a wonderful time being together, sitting around a campfire, grilling, and playing in the yard.”

“We planned this getaway in the area to enjoy the full Fall color peak in Nisswa. This was a glorious weekend full of vibrate and beautiful colors. The neighborhood was so calm and quiet. We enjoyed plenty of walks in the neighborhoods. The house had so much more space than we anticipated. And there was nothing lacking in the kitchen! It was wonderful! ”

“Beautiful lakeshore property with great views of the lake from many of the rooms and bedrooms. Our family of 14 people had plenty of space to spread out. Two primary suites, bunk room for the grandkids and 3 other bedrooms provided each couple some private space and quiet sleeping. Kitchen well appointed with amazing prep and serving countertops. Lower level hangout space large enough for our group. Only tricky thing was locking/ unlocking the entry doors— had to adjust handle while locking.……

“This is a great place. We had one hiccup, which was minor, a smoke detector battery started chirping...which was taken care of within 30 minutes or less of us asking what WE could do.
