“Lake was absolutely worth the trip. Even had kayaks and canoes. I give this place a lower rating just because the house was not up to par. It was dirty, had a weird smell, and there was mold. Housekeeping can do better”

The only issues would be lack of closet space in the bedrooms. All the closets had locks on them except for one and that was full. And the house was clean but only surface clean. This tucked away cabin is surrounded by nature, with the night spookiness of creaking floors, pitch black outdoors. “The cabin is so great! We had a great time relaxing at the cabin and exploring the area. The screened in porch is the BEST part. We found the cabin and the local restaurants to be extremely dog friendly. It’s definitely off the beaten path a bit and cell service is spotty, but the WiFi worked great when we needed it and I downloaded offline maps for the area in advance so we got around just fine. We enjoyed the incredible Mountain Views on our way to the cabin. The hosts are amazing and very……
