“Great location, close to everything and very safe neighborhood. House was large enough for our party of 8. It would sleep 9 comfortably (4 couples and 1 single). Our property manager Derrick was terrific! The house showed its age with cracks in the stovetop, master walls, etc, but was was sufficient for a decent rental. Cleaning crew needs to do a thorough cleaning, it was very dusty and you had to be careful where you put your clothes so they didnt pick up the dust. Unfortunately, the heater……

Everyone enjoyed their stay and ranted about how they can’t wait to come back for the next family gathering. If you’re looking to stay close to Memphis but out of the city this is a great spot, you won’t regret your stay out here. ”
