“House is clean, pleasant with comfortable beds, a serviceable kitchen and nice common space. My husband and 2 adult children were visiting family who live in sharpsburg and their house was pretty full with other visitors. This was a perfect place for us. Highly recommend. ”

“We booked this cabin for a small girls weekend and it was perfect! The view is absolutely amazing! The fireplace is cozy, just make sure you bring lots of wood to keep it going! We also enjoyed using the hot tub each night! The house was clean and in order and communication with Mountain Mama’s was great. ”

It’s definitely a historic cabin and may not be suitable for everyone, especially those who are taller than around 5’9”, or those with physical handicaps. For us it was perfect. “Our stay at this vacation home was very enjoyable! The house was clean, well maintained and comfortable. It is located on a nice piece of property with a beautiful view of the Shenandoah River. The owner provided a lot of necessities like bed sheets, bath towels, soap, shampoo and even coffee supplies. The house is up to date and has a nice basement entertainment area. The fire pit area near the river was probably our favorite amenity. We enjoyed it on a couple evenings while enjoying the……
