Als wir nach dem Wäscheservice gefragt haben, haben sie sogar angeboten, unsere Wäsche kostenfrei zu waschen. The room had a nice view over Trabzon and clean, came with a comfortable bed and chairs. The dry cleaning service/the staff letting me leave the luggage after the check-out was a huge plus as I travelled the Black Sea region.
