When we checked in, there was a hot water heater replacement in progress. Kim, at the front desk, neglected to tell us that we would have no hot water for hours. Then, another desk clerk later said to expect hot water between 8 and 9pm. Didn't happen. Next morning, still no hot water. It was nearly check out time before hot water was restored. Kim, front desk, told me to expect a significant discount on the rate due to the almost 24 hours without hot water. I'm still waiting for that discount to be posted to my card
