Discover an Up North adventure at our NEWLY updated 3BD/2B home located less than 10 minutes from Boyne Mountain's World Class Winter Experience, Avalanche Bay Waterpark and within 3 blocks of downtown Boyne City. House has been recently renovated with all new appliances and furnishings. The outdoor entertainment space includes a gazebo, dry bar, firepit, grill and plenty of space for you to enjoy Northern Michigan's beauty every season.

Downtown Boyne City offers great restaurants, specialty foods, snack shops, eclectic gift shops, sporting goods & clothing stores, art galleries and so much more. In addition, Boyne offers best downhill ski resorts in the Midwest. All these contribute to Boyne City's reputation as one of Michigan's most desirable places to live and work!

Awesome house for a fun weekend at boyne
My friends and I had a great stay at this house! Although it’s in boyne city, it’s still such a convenient drive to boyne mountain. There is a great living space with plenty of room for 9 people. The kitchen is very, very well equipped with all the cooking essentials, including spices. Overall great house for skiing and hosting a larger group.

Perfect location for our ski trip!
We enjoyed our stay at the “Maxwell” for 5 nights over Christmas break. We took our two teens and their two friends for a snowboarding trip at Boyne Mountain. The home was located conveniently close after a long day on the slopes, the beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the home was cute & cosy! Jeremey was easy to communicate with. Overall we had a great time and made many wonderful memories.Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

Lovely cottage
I recently stayed at this property while on a road trip with my family. We really enjoyed the property. It was well stocked with anything we could have needed. This updated cottage was very comfortable. Great bedding, linens and towels!
