This is a lovely property to stay in and we’d certainly book again. A new experience, from a check in perspective, in that you don’t see anyone, but that was fine.
We didn’t like booking through Expedia, however, because they have taken a dual payment. It apparently takes up to seven days for the money to be reimbursed to one’s bank account, we’re still waiting! NB. This isn’t the fault of the Cransley, I hasten to add.
