「This hotel catered to us Westerners even during Ramadan. We were able to enjoy all of our favorite alcohol beverages. The grounds are so beautiful outside in the pool area. We took many pictures. The lobby smells amazing and is decorated so beautifully. The food was delicious. Hot showers. Clarins brand toiletries. Comfortable beds. Cool air conditioned room. Located on a busy street, but we never noticed any street noise. The staff was courteous and helpful. One gentleman at the front desk...

「I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite.
