Our initial room at check in had a musty, mildew smell, not surprisingly as it was basement level. Clearly it’s an issue as a dehumidifier was on and in the center of the room. Unfortunately, when booking, I didn’t even realize they had this level. We contacted staff (remote check in at another location, there is no front desk) and they were able to transfer us to another room, a double suite, which was more spacious and had a kitchenette. Great customer service despite the unconventional staffing situation.
