Stunning Rental

This rental is absolutely gorgeous. Everything is brand new, updated, and modern. Very spacious and accommodating. It’s a reasonable distance from downtown Boston (about 20 min) which was nice. The only cons of this property were that there was no air conditioning, so it got really hot being on the second floor. Also, the neighborhood is very active and loud (people yelling, loud music, etc) at all hours of the night.

1st time in Boston??

This property is in Matapan. Sketchy neighborhood, not walkable to subways, restaurants or even a grocery store. Looks good online. Beware. Also, overwhelming Clorox smell, no A/c and laundry not in apt. It's in the basement and costs money. We didn't even stay one night.
