This property is either running down or about to undergo a major renovation, due to the appearance of disrepair throughout the structure.
Spent only a night in this property in late June, in hindsight would have been better to spend an extra $20 to reside in a better accommodations.
Breakfast was spartan as continentals go, yoghurt, fruit, and waffles available and limited coffee options.
Rooms were internally facing in motel style but inside, surrounding a pool and the dining area. Pool was closed for maintenance, though appeared clean.
Room set up and acoustics contributed to a noisy environment, as some of the guests were exceedingly loud past midnight a couple stories up partying, and everyone would be able to hear them.
One of the rooms I walked past had the internally facing window broken in, unclear of the cause.
Several chairs were stacked in the corners of the main dining area, as if a major renovation was ongoing.
Outside was sketchy looking, appearing in disrepair.
Positive-there was underground parking below where a driver could access the lobby for checkin. The drawback is there appeared to be only 20 or so parking spaces for guests, meaning any others would have to be parked outside without camera coverage or security.
There was also an abandoned car in the underground parking-missing a license plate, very dirty with “wash me” style notes written into it. It could be owned by an owner, however appeared to be an eyesore or an issue with security.
