“The stay and location is excellent. Please make sure the AC is working, I had booked a stay for a night and AC just didn't work and I hardly slept as it was too warm in the room. I had to open the windows.”

“Having to have cleaning of the room as an extra charge should be noted clearly for any future occupants. The unit is not close to any restaurant or store unless you want to walk 10 minutes to get there and carry anything back. It is not convenient to anything of note. Would not stay there again. It was clean but that's the best I could say for the property. ”

“Very clean and safe area. room was clean, bathroom/shower small. Bedframe squeak's when you move around in the bed. Overall, great location for subway, 5 minute walk. ”

“It's in a basement and there was a door to another part of the basement that was locked and we could see a light that was on all night on the other side. It was very quiet though, great if you just need somewhere to sleep.”
