“The cabin was nice, located down a 2 mile dirt road. There are a few camp sites located on the property behind the cabin and the path that lead to them run a small dirt road a few feet from the cabin driveway and we were not aware of that prior to check in. There is a small creek behind the cabin that is able deep and once you cross that you can follow the path to the camp sites behind the cabin that are situated on the river. There was a bad storm that made a mess of the hot tub the night before our arrival. Ty wasted no time to get it cleaned up and working so we could enjoy it. He had extra special touches at the house such as bottled water and an assortment of coffees. We would be so happy to stay again.”

“Second year that we stayed in a Vrbo in Fort Smith. Found out the hard way that there isn’t a standard for amenities in Vrbo homes. This rental didn’t really give us a feeling of being in a home. No art or decorations on the walls no live plants. Bare bones kitchen items. No dish towels or dish rags. Minimal pots and pans, cups and glasses and bowls. Sofas in the living room were nice and soft. Bedrooms were very basic, bed nightstand dresser and Tv. Minimal clothes hangers in closets.……
