“Property is one block off of downtown but surrounded by some very rundown properties which made it interesting coming in at night. Communications with owner were timely and detailed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Comfortable bedding. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in both bathrooms. Nice selection of vinyl records and coffee pods for Keurig. The kitchen cabinets and floors are not the cleaniest. Very sticky. Dishes are in good shape but pans and utensils were not in good shape.……

“We were in town for a couple days visiting family. We were not necessarily looking for downtown but if that was your goal it’s a great location. We enjoyed the cleanliness and it accommodated our family. The living room furniture is stylish but in my opinion not very comfortable. Everything else was 10/10. If back in the area we would rent again.”

Listening to the water out the back was a wonderful addition to my morning coffee on the deck.
