The house is located on Beech Mountain, the home of Ski Beech, and the highest elevation town east of the Mississippi. Our lofty elevation affords both a wonderful ski season, and summer temperatures rarely exceeding 78 degree's.

The house has easy access as we are located directly off mountain parkway, (Highway 184). The drive includes two level parking areas. There are separate outdoor entrances elegant stone staircase at front and easy access at rear. Our house is newly built and has new furniture and appliances. Walk in the door and notice kitchen is fully appointed with new stainless appliances. There are new counter-top appliances, dishware & flatware, glassware.. The home features a large back deck seating for dining. We offer all the modern creature comforts including two plasma screen TV's, free long distance calls within the United States and RoadRunner broadband/high speed internet.
The house is conveniently located in the centre of the Beech Mountain community and only a 200 yard walk to the ski lifts or a short drive (less than one mile) to the ski school and village.
The house is new construction and comprises three bedrooms, All fine Linens and Towel's provided, two full baths and will sleep up to six people in comfort and style.
In the spring, summer and fall, enjoy over 10 hiking trails on the mountain, area waterfalls, and trout fishing in many lakes and streams around. Several of the High Country's best golf courses are just minutes away. Many folks also enjoy white water rafting and kayaking as well as the new Zip-line adventures. Local attractions include Tweetsie Railroad theme park, Grandfather Mountain, downtown Boone & Blowing Rock, Linville Falls & Caverns, Mast General Store, Banner Elk Winery, etc.
In the ski season, you can walk 200 yards to the Ski Beech slopes (Lower Shawneehaw run) or drive half a mile to the entrance of the resort.
