“My stay was EXCELLENT. All the staff were very attentive, polite and very efficient. Their mannerisms really excelled. The food was fresh, hot and very well cooked and presented. I was even fortunate enough to witness Father Christmas Coming in the dining area with his sack of presents accompanied by his elf where he gave each and every guest a gift and we had a little sing along.
