“A perfect place for my family to stay for the week. There were 4 adults and one 4 year old - there were even toys for him to play with! The living room was super spacious, it was on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood even though it appears to be in a major road. Jerry was super responsive and incredibly kind and generous. It even felt like a real home, as opposed to many rental homes that feel cold and vacant. Overall, a great experience!”

“This property is much nicer than the photos indicate! Quiet location. Comfortable accommodations. Would have been nice to have a coffeemaker but the pour over carafe worked. Also,Bolinas was exceptionally hot during our stay and the unit was hot- a second fan would have helped”

I stayed here with 9 friends for a few days and then family, including little ones, arrived for a couple days. The house worked well for adults and children. “It was a perfect rental for our family of 7. A bit tight on sleeping, but had no problem since younger adults didn’t mind sleeping on the couch. We loved the location especially. The owners were so accommodating and quick to fix small hiccups. Highly recommend this stay!”

“Love Frankes place. The good- Large roomy home. Nice decks with bbq. Great selection of kitchen appliances and gadgets. Great master bed, very comfortable! Very secluded location, could not see another home. Huge selection of book and cds , probably over 100 of each! The not so good- Several windows that either have moisture between panes or a heavy film on the outside. Swivel chairs in living room have dirty/ greasy stains on the arms. Wouldn’t sit in them, need to be cleaned or replace. Sun……
