This newly constructed Northend townhome offers modern features and walking distance proximity to Camel's Back and Hyde Park, and down the road from Bogus Basin Ski Recreation Area.

The townhome has been furnished with upgraded appliances and furniture to make your stay luxuriously comfortable and free of maintenance issues.

The Master bedroom and master bath with a walk-in shower provide your space with complete privacy.

The townhome has an attached two car garage and back patio.

Easy convenient location
We were in town for a graduation. This was a great location only 10 minutes from our friends house and 10 minutes from downtown. The only recommendation I have is to provide some extra blankets in both the bedrooms and in the living room. Otherwise, it is a great property.

Loved our stay at this cute townhouse. Having a double car attached garage was fantastic - especially since it was raining when we arrived (and we didn't look forward to having to unload in the rain!). The house was comfortable - the fireplace was a nice plus. Master bed was comfortable and it was great having two bathrooms! Kitchen is well stocked (could use some extra glasses - but that's it!). The location was great - considering we were visiting family who live in the foothills. But also close to downtown - but far enough away that you don't have to deal with lots of traffic. Cute neighborhoods to walk through.

We loved being able to pull our car into a clean, roomy garage and walk right into the home from the garage. We felt so safe.

We really liked the place. The description asks you to not wear shoes the the house which was not a problem. However, out bare feet and socks were black after a few walks across the floor. We looked for a mop to remedy the situation but only found a vacuum. Floors need mopping. Other than that it was great. Loved having the garage!!

Loved our stay here! Lots of space and comfortable beds! The garage is large and was very much appreciated, as we stored our daughter & her roommates dorm items in there while we played in Boise for a day. Close to Hyde Park where some of our favorite eateries are. Highly recommend staying here!!!

A great spot for BSU Parents’ Weekend
Loved the condo! It had everything we needed (and more) and was just a short drive to campus, downtown etc. we loved the Hyde Park area too. Great beds, open spaces and super clean! Would definitely stay again!
