If you're looking for a great place to gather friends and family for a get-together, you've found it. These 2 condos are side by side that has 4 larger bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms upstairs and 2 half bathrooms downstairs. You'll be minutes from downtown Boise, the Greenbelt, Boise River, Boise State Campus, Freeway, Parks, Restaurants, and much more. You'll have private fenced backyards with BBQs, tables, and chairs to sit out back and enjoy your time. Mature trees surround the condos, making for a beautiful site to see. The kitchens are fully stocked with everything you'll need—fresh, clean lines and towels. You'll love the quiet, clean neighborhood too. You and your family/ friends deserve to enjoy these beautiful condos.

No parties, no smoking of any kind/vaping on property. When cleaner arrives, if there are smells of smoke or vaping, $300 will be charged.
Up to 2 pets allowed - $50 for 1, $125 for 2. If you do not pick up after them there will be a fee charged of $50 for leaving feces behind.
Guest is required to sign Rental Agreement. A cancellation fee may apply. Minimum age to rent is 21.
