“Positives: great location, kitchen equipment well stocked, plenty of towels, comfortable furnishings, nice to be able to sit outside and watch the trains go by. Negatives: problems with plumbing in bathroom, ie flexible shower just dribbled, when WC is flushed water runs from the bath tap and can be tricky to get it to stop. Outside movement sensor light not working. ”

“Stayed for two nights. Great property large and spacious for our group of 6. Kitchen well equipped had a BBQ everything we needed was there. Very clean. Great location overlooking sea although a little noisy at times with main road not far away. Walked into local town very quiet but nice walk and visit to local pub and ordered from Chinese delicious. Visited the area for zipworld experiences and ideal location only 25 mins drive to Pentynn quarry. Outdoor areas need a bit of TLC but overall……

“The accommodation was clean, cosy and comfortable. Good facilities and the hosts were extremely helpful and very friendly. Excellent communication and information. In a quiet location within a few minutes of the town centre. Parking was a little tight and required some manoeuvring but not too bad once established. Overall, a nice property and a good base for visiting obey and surrounding area.”

“We had a really good stay at this property. The house was clean and all as described in the listing. We were very lucky and had amazing weather (the fans were very much appreciated) and I just couldn’t stop admiring the views. Only thing that could’ve made it better was a bit more garden furniture, missing the picnic bench in the pictures, down the bottom of the garden, but that’s just being picky. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property and would definitely stay again.”

“We have had a great time staying at the Garden Suite in Rhuddlan. Exactly how it’s described on line, a little home from home with everything you need for a break away. The hot tub was a bonus!! “The accommodation was very poor standard. The small bedroom had no electricity except for overhead light. Situation of bed meant no access to bedside table in that room.
