“Excellent location, super close to Deerfield Beach plus lots of great restaurants, bars and the pier. We walked everywhere! The cottage was bigger than we expected and had everything we needed with a lot of unexpected storage. Driveway parking was a plus. We didn’t use much in the kitchen other than the fridge, which is full sized and super convenient. It was a perfect space for the two of us for our 5 day stay. The few times we had to contact the manager, they were very responsive and helpful.……

“The day we arrived our unit was already occupied. They were doubled booked and we had to scramble and find a place to stay because they had no other units to give us. “Overall a great property, We stayed for two weeks. The condo is close to everything, able to walk to beach, restaurants, and stores. Kitchen was stocked nicely, clean, they had beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. We spent countless hours on the lanai watching the yachts go by. We had one issue with a bad refrigerator, however the response was great and problem was resolved quickly. We are definitely coming back to this property. Thanks for a great time ”

“Motel type of accommodation, room was average, nice balcony overlooked the pool and had a view of deerfied beach. close to lots of restaurants and beautiful 10 minute walk to the beach. Never worried about our safety while we were there. The only negative was that the walls were paper thin and we could hear everything going on in the room next to us as well as above us. Front end staff was great and very accommodating.”

“Very comfortable 2nd-floor apartment, practically across the street from a Publix supermarket and lots of restaurants and stores of all kinds. It's a 15-minute walk to the beach down a very busy road but safe and used by plenty of people on foot. Washer and dryer are outside on the other side of the small building and you will need $2.5 in quarters for a wash+dry, no detergent provided. Unfortunately the host is a corporation named Vacasa and not a real human being.”

“Upon arrival, we were walked up to the room. The door was already open and they said that they were still waiting for towels to be cleaned. The towels arrive in about 30 minutes later, and the housekeeper just walked in. They were thick layers of dust everywhere imaginable. The closet where the AC was had so much dust we had to get allergy medicine. The refrigerator had a hair in it as well as crumbs. The microwave had food stuck to the top inside. “This was a fiasco from the start. We were given the wrong code to what turned out to be the wrong room. When we got to the room, after check in time, the cleaning people had just started. The internet didn’t work, nor did the TVs. The next morning there was drilling going on so bad that we couldn’t hear each other. We eventually were moved to a different location but lost a day of our vacation.”
