“Great property in New Wilmington but not to far from New Castle shops and restaurants. The property has a great layout with comfortable furnishings, it was perfect for the 4 of us. Everything was in working order and none of the furnishings were overworn. We will recommend to friends and we will stay here again when visiting the area.”

“I needed 1 night in this general location with more than 1 bedroom. I planned to spent little time in the property beyond sleeping. This property met my needs and was as advertised (acceptable housing with a low-end cost). Walking distance to restaurants and Wi-Fi provided. I was worried about potential theft/damage to my vehicle as it was parked openly overnight, but it was fine. Property was clean and neat. For the price, I accept a few minor imperfections. I was surprised that the host fee……

“The property was a bit overgrown. The tree in the front yard blocked the view of the house from the street. The steps going into the house are very steep first step about 10 inches made it a bit difficult for me with a bad knee. The back porch sitting area had a couple chairs and a table but, the tree next to it was overgrown and un able to use. I was in town for a wedding so for just sleeping two nights it was better than a hotel. I only mention these things so that maybe it was an oversight by……

“Perfect little spot for a weekend getaway, this place had everything an apartment should and was a great, cozy, and quiet space! Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!”

“This is a lovely home which does have a small dock and access to the lake. There is a yard with a fire pit and a path back to the water. The neighborhood is quiet and you can walk to the public boat launch area in under 5 minutes. The house has plenty of areas for gathering together or relaxing alone. It's a good choice for getting together with family and/or friends.”

“The house was everything they advertised. Very clean and well kept. All amenities were as advertised. The extra snacks and drinks provided were a nice touch. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint-tv remote did not work due to dead batteries with no replacements. But we made due with no issues! Would stay here again in a heart beat!”

“It’s a functional one bedroom on a farm in a carved out area of a barn. The family who owns the farm are super nice people and their youngest daughter has the best smile. I would stay there again if I needed a place in the area. I will contact the property owner if I need a contractor as he’s a really good person. 10 out of 10”
