“location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.”

“O quarto é um pouco pequeno, mas é confortável. Chuveiro bom. Não tem frigobar, e isso para nós fez falta. O café da manhã tem exatamente as mesmas comidas todos os dias. “The location is good as it is directly linked to the mall. The overall service is average in all areas except the restaurant! You will get angry at the early morning during queuing up for the breakfast buffet. The receptionists (one tall & thin and the other is a bit fat) of the restaurant are always in very bad temper and not polite. We have stayed here for 6 days and observed that they have made all different countries guests get angry before settling down the table. I think they are not……

“We stayed there for a week in one room with 2 adults and 2 kids. Very comfortable room. We had breakfast included and the buffet was endless. Very classy feel throughout the hotel. Short walk to the harbourfront but they also offered hourly shuttles. Location was very convenient for all our tours and just walking around the town. We didn't use the pool - I can comment that it wasn't huge but it seemed adequate. I would definitely stay there again! ”
