“We were very happy with the accommodations. The bedrooms were big and nicely furnished. There was plenty of room for kids to play in a separate family room. The kitchen was furnished with very nice appliances. We loved having two dishwashers and a double oven! ”

Loved the bonus loft space so the group could spread out a bit when needed. Enjoyed the beautiful view off the back patio! “We arrived to an unclean house: surfaces were not wiped, including the floors, some of the towels were dirty, The outdoor deck had a dirty table and spills on the floor. In addition, three of the major blinds were up on one side and down on the other. There were no trash bags of any size and no Windex for cleaning the surfaces and dirty windows. We soon learned that things in the house were not working properly: The washing machine was broken, the smoke alarm in the kids room erroneously went……

“We were in town for a family wedding and wanted to stay close to Five Pines Lodge and this property was perfect! The house was just as described in the listing. The three bedrooms and two baths plus the additional garage-turned family room gave the six of us plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was a nice added feature and we did indulge! Cody was always prompt when I contacted him (thank you!) and immediately refunded the pet fee when our dog was unable to join us on the trip. We will……

“The outdoor space at this property was great with lots of seating, a hot tub and propane fire. We mainly cooked in and the kitchen had everything we needed to make it easy. The house is in a great spot with easy biking distance to the meadow, lakeside pool and lodge restaurants. We loved everything about our stay just wish we could have stayed longer! Would love to return here.”

“We had a lovely time at Marilyn's home. The house was comfortable and inviting, and the two toddlers in our group adored the playroom and toys. Check out was easy, and we only had to wash/dry towels. The showers didn't have shampoo/conditioner, so make sure to bring your own! ”

“The check in process was challenging. We also set the place on navigation and it sent us to a different entrance. We couldn't get in that entrance. It would have been helpful to know which entrance we needed to go in. The trash and recycling rules, made it so we wont be back. Way too extensive and too far away from the property. It took an hour just to take the trash and recycling out and come back to the house. It takes away from the stay. ”

“Well located in the Black Butte community amongst trees and wildlife. Sun-filled reading alcove was a favorite spot for morning coffee. Extensive decking with comfy seating beckoned. Residence is well equipped for a delightful stay. A washer/dryer would be a nice addition. A wrong entry code necessitated a call to Vacasa who provided the correct code within minutes. Also needed to call for wi-fi passcode with equal success. ”
