House was super clean and updated, awesome layout and offered plenty of space inside and outside. Lots of parking for boats and vehicles. Very nice neighborhood. “The house was really nice and cozy. The door was a bit of a pain but nothing to make me take away any stars. The neighborhood is so quiet and I loved sitting at the picnic table listening to the boats. We couldn't figure out how to get the satellite TV to work but that is alright we enioyed having family time. Will stay again.”

“Manatee Cove is an outstanding place, so peaceful and serene! We had everything we could've possibly needed and more for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed fishing off the docks on the property and at the marina close-by. The beach was quiet and relaxing, then we would enjoy roasting marshmallows in the fire pit out back. Many of our meals were prepared in the well-stocked, large kitchen. And the best part...the beds were so comfy! I can't say enough positive things about this home and host!……

“It was very nice and quiet area. We enjoyed our stay and plan to use again. We were there for a MRA mud race hosted at the drag strip. There was plenty of room for my husbands truck and trailer to be parked while we were out doing our visit. We look forward to coming back next yeqr!!”

“We would highly recommend this home (VRBO). The property, home, and rental price exceeded expectation. Our host (Sheena) was very responsive and returned our text within minutes of receiving. The property owner installed a firepit with plenty of firewood prior to our arrival, which we enjoyed so much. The home was very clean with a surplus of supplies & the grandchildren enjoyed all of the snacks provided. We will be returning this summer. 10 STAR RATING!”

“This was our second stay here, love the view of the lake. We enjoyed watching the deer walking around the area. Not to far from Bainbridge where we drove to Earle May Boat Basin and drove around watching the Christmas lights. Beautiful place. ”

“Our trip was great. We stayed there in June. We traveled with my disabled brother-in-law who is a quadriplegic with our dog for a family reunion in the area. The ramp to the front porch was very handy and worked out great with him. The cottage was very clean and very nicely furnished. Very quiet community. Very close to the river with a boat ramp just four lots down. Kitchen was adequately supplied for our needs. The Host was very easy to work with and was quickly available if we needed……
