“If you stay here, you are literally at the center of downtown. Clean rooms, friendly staff. You need to check in at 1661 down the road and they will store your bags on arrival/departure day. This is my second time staying here and I would again in the opportunity presented itself. You can’t go wrong at Hendrickson house! ”

“Charming hotel. Love the history. Staff is extremely nice and welcoming. Enjoyed quietly reading a book by the fire pits. I happened to stay in a room that was above the furnace, I guess? So my “Comfort “ rating would have been higher, but my room was pretty hot - even with the window propped open. Not a huge deal tho. Really loved my first trip to BI and my stay at The National. Will definitely be back. Thanks again to the staff!”

“Room was very nice with huge shower! comfortable bed, nautical theme. View of the marina was good, but would have preferred a private balcony to avoid heavy smoker right outside the room!”

“Small, clean room. There is no handsoap provided, also no toiletries for the shower. The staff was very friendly and there is a place to store your luggage after you check out so you don't have to carry it with you all day while waiting for your ferry.”
