“Der Urlaub am Comer See in Nesso war wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend, sehr groß und vor allem der Ausblick von der Terrasse, wo wir gefrühstückt und abends gesessen haben, ist phantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit John (Eigentümer) und Djego (Cousin un Ansprechpartner vor Ort) war völlig entspannt. “We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our 4 night stay at Marco's villa. The views from the apartment and patio looking over Lake Como are breathtaking. Apartment was very clean and well supplied. “It's certainly very unique in its Gothic style and very spacious, close to everything. but we found dust in corners and on some selves, the storage room was full of cleaning stuff and smelled like mold....also even it is only 4 miniutes walk from the ferry, with its location at the top of the hill and to carry big suitcases along the pebble stone road all the way up to check in is no fun at all.”

“Charming Stay with Incredible Lake Views!
Lino's Place in Lezzeno was everything we hoped for and more. The apartment is situated in a peaceful, scenic spot with stunning views of Lake Como from the balcony. Waking up to that view every day was a dream. The location is perfect—far from the crowds but close enough to visit nearby towns like Bellagio, which is just a short drive away.

“Diese Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb von Menaggio. Mit dem Fahrrad waren wir in 7 min.im Centrum. Der Ausblick ist phantastisch. An der Ausstattung sollte jedoch unbedingt gearbeitet werden. Sehr veraltetes Interieur. Warum der Kamin mit einer so hässlichen Platte geschlossen wurde erschließt sich uns nicht. Küche war gut ausgestattet.Fùr unsere Fahrräder haben wir ein Platz im Außenbereich, auf dem Plateau der Steintreppe, finden können.

“We had such an amazing stay, absolutely loved having a balcony AND a terrace with perfect views of Lake Como and the charming tiny town of Brienno. There truly is no comparison with Brienno, it’s much sleepier than the busier touristy towns on the fabulous lake, yet has a lot of conveniences, like the morning food truck selling insanely cheap and delicious homemade bread, local cheeses and charcuterie! The best pizza we had in Italy was nearly next door and the fancier restaurant had incredible……

"I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful."

"It’s a superb experience to stay in this hotel. My wife and I enjoy the breakfast a lot. Every day when we go back to the hotel, we have a nice shower and good rest. One minor insufficiency is that they don’t provide an electric kettle which we can have a cup tea or hot water. We surely need that in winter time."

- 2 out of 3 restaurants are booked for event and not available to guest
- Food quality is subpar (from breakfast to dinner)

- Spa is fully booked for the entire weekend (no slots reserved for in house guests), we asked during booking whether spa needs to be book ahead and was assured availability upon arrival
- Heated pool temperature is lukewarm at most

- Sound proof in bedroom is very poor, you can hear every car passing from the street to other rooms closing or opening their electric curtains
- Size is small compare to other top tier hotels in Como"
