This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin on Gap Mountain is perfect for your next trip to Blacksburg! Enjoy the hot tub on the deck as you take in breathtaking views overlooking the mountains with the New River winding through the valley in both directions. A short walk down the driveway provides access to river beaches for swimming, tubing, fishing, floating the rapids, and kayaking.

20-25 minutes to Blacksburg, VT, Lane Stadium
12 minutes to award winning Palisades Restaurant
25 minutes to Cascades Trailhead in Jefferson National Forest
1 hour or less to some of the ATs best hiking destinations (Dragons Tooth, McAfees Knob, Devils Marbleyard)

Cozy Cabin
My family & I stayed for a couple of days and to be close to VA Tech. The property was exactly as described. It was cozy and homey... Perfect for our family! We loved sitting on the deck and looking at the beautiful view. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a long day! The house was full of everything we needed for our trip. The owners were welcoming and easy to reach. We enjoyed their recommendations for dinner (in the house book). We loved the cozy cabin as we enjoyed the closeness we felt being together! We would love to visit again!

Family Weekend
Stayed here for our son's New Cadet Parade weekend at VA Tech. Great location and so relaxing! The views are amazing! It was perfect for a quiet weekend of relaxation. The hot tub was clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable. It had everything that we needed and the hosts were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Property location was nice and peaceful. Fully stocked kitchen and wonderful deck to relax on. Only draw back was 1 shower and it was tight. We enjoyed our stay.

Girls weekend
Cute little cozy cabin on the hillside overlooking the river. Sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. Deck was great for sitting and eating outside. Hot tub was perfect. Beds were very comfortable and the cabin was well stocked. It was summertime so we didn’t get to use the fire pit but it looked perfect as well.

Beautiful mountain and river views
I have stayed at the cabin many times in years past, prior to renovations. I have enjoyed seeing it's transformation over the years. I have stayed there alone, with family and friends. Everyone loves it. The cabin will always be my favorite place to visit every year hopefully for many years to come.
