“I have an annual golf tournament at Sapelo Hammock. Always stayed at a friend’s condo on the course but he sold it. Not many options in Townsend that fit our needs so very happy I found this place and will short list it for next year. Scott was very responsive and quick to reply. Short drive to Sapelo Hammock. No issues with neighborhood or neighbors. Great experience all the way around.”

“Me a 3 others in town to play golf at Sapelo Hammock Golf Club. This house was clean and neat as a pin. Everything we needed was at the location. many extras and we were well pleased. How about small flashlights in every room. This house was great and we will return in about 6 months! Hats off to the owners!!!”
