“The cottage was perfect. Clean, fresh linens, etc. The view of the river, fishing, kayaking or cooking out was so relaxing. Close to Eugene and next door to Florence on the coast where there are sights and good restaurants galore. Chad and Judi were wonderful hosts. Friendly, knowledgeable, assessable, helpful, but not in your face. Highly recommend.”

“This stay was a great experience. The home was super clean and organized. We loved using the fireplace in the living room, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The only thing is that the home did smell a bit like cigarettes upon arrival. But overall, we would stay again!”

“The house was really perfect for teens. We played on the game room and on the dock for house. Everything was amazing. The only thing to consider is this is right on the road and car traffic is pretty loud. I slept fine at night but woke up early every morning when the traffic started. I would still have stayed here...I just think it's worth mentioning for really light sleepers. They provide a sound machine. Otherwise this is an amazing property and a ton of fun. ”

“This is a nicely furnished place with plenty of room. It has fancy lighting in the kitchen, and a BIG sectional is very comfortable. It's so big, I used extra pillows behind me, as my feet did not meet the floor. Super good big screen TV that was easy to use. The bed was comfy with premium bedding. The owner, who lives next door, was extremely helpful and friendly. Very very nice place. ”
