They have every conceivable luxury on three floors. Several sun terraces with modern lounge furniture and XXL beach chair, sauna, fireplace and air conditioning make your stay perfect in every season. The covered parking space on the area, which is only accessible to guests, is included for you.

The living room
 You can expect a modern, comfortably furnished and lovingly furnished house. Nothing is missing here. Unobstructed view of the lake, into which you can dive directly from the sun terrace via a bathing ladder.
The shading of the individual rooms can be individually adjusted using electronically controllable sun blinds.
The spacious living room on the first floor offers a full 180 degree panoramic view of the Goitzschesee. Stylish, modern sofas and furniture with a maritime captain flair offer comfortable space for 6 people. The corner fireplace brings a cozy feeling of calm and relaxation, especially in the cool seasons. Of course there is also a large flat screen TV, which is cleverly hidden in a closet and can be pulled out by remote control. The whole house has WiFi and every room has a LAN socket for free internet. The external staircase leads to the sundeck on the roof.
On the same level is the spacious living room with plenty of storage space. There is enough space for provisions in the large double-door refrigerator. It also has an integrated ice cube, crushed ice & water dispenser. Induction cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher and coffee machine are of course available. The large 3-part dining table offers plenty of space and can be separated as you like.
You will also find space for drinks and supplies in the adjoining room as well as access to the guest toilet with hand basin.

The 2 bedrooms and the large bathroom await you on the ground floor. The master bedroom with double bed and enough furniture to stow has a sensational panoramic view of the lake and direct access to the surrounding terrace, the XXL beach chair and the water. There is also a TV and free WiFi here.

The second bedroom with its bunk beds is particularly suitable for children. In addition, a sofa offers an additional sleeping space in just a few steps if necessary.
The large, modern tiled bathroom with XL shower cubicle, tub with a view of the lake, vanity and separate toilet cubicle offers every conceivable comfort. The Finnish sauna has a mirrored window with a wonderful view of the water.
The whole house is heated with underfloor heating and for the hot summer days every living room also has air conditioning. Thus, the house is ideal for a relaxing holiday in every season.
