“Upon entry to the Inn you are greated with a well cared for historic feeling space. It is well appointed and well decorated. Snacks and coffee are available most of the day and the breakfast we hardy and excellent. Staff is friendly and courteous. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.”

“Loved the property ”

“We enjoyed our time here very much. The accommodation is basic but comfortable and clean, providing everything that is needed for a stay in nature (including a fully stocked kitchenette and emergency tea bags). The location is amazing with a pond, seating, fireplace, berbequw, a hot tub and several wonderfull walking trails nearby. Paul, the host, is super friendly, always available via text message and keeps firewood and fresh water stocked. He is very knowledgeable about the area and……

“Well we got to the house that we had rented. Unfortunately the house was locked up. The house was not ready for us or anyone. The person who put it up for rent did not communicate to their spouse. Fortunately a neighbor across the road let us stay in her house.”

“My wife, her two sisters and their 91 year old mother stayed for 5 days to visit family nearby.All enjoyed their stay and the accomodation, especially with the close proximity to the bay. Kelsi was very communicative and timely in our communications”

“What an awesome stay. Luc was awesome to deal with and the property is definitely worth the visit. From the deck overlooks the ocean to the beautiful inside of the chalet, you really do have a everything you need. Highly recommended!”

“O unique place to stay this property which was a fisherman wharf converted to a cozy home. Ruggedly rustic on the outside however warm ambiance awaits inside. Ample supplies of Soft thick new towels fresh linens lots of pillows will pamper you Amenities of an urban lifestyle in a rural marina setting Clean spacious the owner sure knows the needs of a traveller! A good base to go to StJohn’s Avalon Peninsula, GraceHarbour Owner very helpful and was very easy to communicate with ”

“We thought it was a lot of house for the money. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to navigate. House was quirky but we enjoyed it. Especially enjoyed hiking on the nearby trail. Also recommend the cable museum,,and a visit to Brigus. One should also know that Bay Roberts has all the stores etc,,but no downtown section and there is a fairly busy road in front of the house.”

“The room was perfect. The building was absolutely fine. My only complaint was a total lack of consideration for breakfast. It was self serve- boil your own water, make your own tea and a bowl of poorly chosen cereal. I book B&B specifically for the breakfast experience and the interaction with just and other guests. This was totally absent ”
