Welcome to Vulcan 2 Property, your perfect vacation getaway. We also have another unit, Vulcan 1, located upstairs in this complex, which is available for booking. This is ideal if you have a large group or family gathering and need additional space.
Accommodations:
The 1st Bedroom is equipped with a comfortable Queen Bed, while the 2nd boasts a spacious King Bed. Additionally, for larger groups, we can provide a queen air mattress upon request to comfortably accommodate a fifth or sixth guest.
INDOOR LIVING: Open floor plan from kitchen to living room, 65” Smart TV w/ preloaded apps. Each room is furnished with smart TVs featuring various streaming services. Please note that guests will need to use their own log-ins to access these streaming services.
Amenities:
- Both bathrooms are well-appointed with full amenities, including tubs and showers, to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.
Kitchen:
- Our fully equipped kitchen includes all essential cooking appliances and utensils. Should you require groceries, we are pleased to offer a delivery service upon request.
Concierge Services:
We offer a range of concierge services to enhance your stay, including assistance with dinner reservations and recommendations, scheduling of ride shares, grocery delivery, and professional cleaning services. Let us know if you wish to use these services, and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Families:
Please note that this condo is not baby-proofed. However, children of all ages are welcome at the discretion of our guest(s). A Pack 'n Play/Travel Crib is available upon request.
Pool:
The pool in our complex is open from April to November. If you'd like to host an event at the pool, you can make a request, and events will be allowed on a first-come, first-served basis.
GENERAL: We are delighted to offer a range of complimentary amenities for your convenience, including high-speed WiFi, a comfortable queen air mattress with fresh linens and towels, a convenient washer/dryer, refreshing central air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, keyless entry for your convenience, and contactless check-in and check-out for a stress-free experience.

FAQ: Elevators are unavailable; one set of stairs leads to the condo.
PARKING: Designated Parking is available, located two spaces away from the pool in the row closest to the building. In addition, our unit has been assigned two guest spots on the back wall of the parking lot. We must refrain from parking in any other owner's spot. If our designated spot is occupied upon your arrival, please temporarily park in a guest spot. Please let me know, and I will quickly address the occupied spot.
Building: Like many in Birmingham, the building is situated on an older property. However, the unit has been almost entirely renovated, offering all the charm and upgrades.
