“definitely one of our favorite places to stay in Vietnam, the peacefulness, harmony with the local people and the small lake with swans, ducks, gish, etc. combined with nutritious/delicious including “vegetarian” food, service with a smile and a constant attitude of pleasing the hotel guests make for a fabulous stay! Will definitely be back again and recommend this to anyone who wants to explore the Ninh Binh & ancient capital Hao Lu region, or just a charming, rustic getaway from the intensity……

“Amazing hotel. The grounds are so pretty. The rooms are awesome and pretty comfy. The staff are super kind and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good, there are limited choices but they cook to order as to not waste food. Free bicycle rental makes for a nice trip around the nearby sites. ”

“Amazing hotel with super friendly staff! They are very responsive online. I had a special request for my check-in. They not only accomodated it but went beyond and above to ensure everything is perfect. Every time I messaged them before our check-in, they got back to me within a few minutes which is exceptional given it's a small hotel. The breakfast was lovely and beyond buffet they offered us Pho which was very delicious. Our villa has a pool which I used twice despite being cold outside and……

“With Xuan and Hoa we felt immediately a warm welcome both gracious and friendly hosts. We enjoyed their company immensely. The hotel is very well situated centrally but in a quiet spot buy a small lake. Rooms were clean and comfortable and was much preferable to stay there then Tam coc. That have many returning guests and it is obvious why. Loved it.”

“Definitely, this is a great hotel to visit and stay. The service is completely excellent and the dinning is fabulous to us. In our room had some problems in showing room, but the staff fixed and later change our room very quickly. We all had a very happy trip and memories there. We spend four nights!! Breakfast is nice and dinning service is even better!! Very recommend to foreigners.”
