“We decided to go away for Christmas for the first time and I am so happy we chose this adorable home to stay in. The home is out in an area that is not very populated which was so nice. There isn't any Internet which was not an issue for us, although two of us also had no cell service while the other two did. The home is exactly as shown in the pictures which I can say from experience does not always happen lol. I would definitely recommend if you want to just get away from it all.”

“This was an ideal place to stay. Everything was very clean and new. The beds and sofas were very comfortable, and there is plenty of seating. The kitchen is incredibly well supplied, the towels are really comfortable, the heated floors are delightful, the wood stove was easy to use. It is in a quiet neighborhood, an easy drive to Sugarloaf and to the town of Stratton. We really enjoyed the stay and will come back.”

“Nice Lil cabin. Clean and comfortable beds. I was able to get Wifi and movies on Roku. Close to the wilderness and also downtown greenville and Nearby Rockwood and Jackman Maine. The front entrance is a little trickey at first but after you do it once you get the hang of it.. All and all great stay. Would definitely go back ”

“Loved the location of this house. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 children (3 & 5). The yard, fire pit and dock were great! The views of the lake were amazing! Our issues came from the cleanliness of this home. It was disheartening as we all unpacked and noticed these things. Considering the cost and length of our stay (7 nights) we found this to be unacceptable. We found two vacuums and cleaned the rooms. One vacuum wasn’t working very well. “Booked this cozy home in New Vineyard because it was close to the areas we wanted to visit. Perfect stay. Great communication with hosts, clear instructions. “Quaint cabin, small. Definitely no more than 2 people or small family of 4. No A/C upstairs. Just a double bed upstairs with 2 twins in same area. Road to cabin is very hard to find and bumpy dirt road. Cabin address not marked or described well. We had to park up by road and walk down to see what cabin looked like picture. Cannot use wood stove. ”

“We stayed for a weekend in December. The wood stove made the cottage very cozy, and the surrounding area was very quiet with amazing views of the lake. When you enter the address in Google Maps, it takes you to the wrong location, but we were able to find the right place relatively quickly by following the written directions provided. We contacted the host and he was very responsive and helpful. Our only complaint was that the house had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke inside. In the summer……
